Dear Professor
1. My portfolio investment plan are :
Coffee shop (10%), Real estate (30%), Saving deposit (15%), Stock (25 %), USD and Gold ( 20%)
2. The reason why I choose
First, I chose open the coffee because it was my dream for a long time. And I think what you love, it will definitely succeed.
Second, Real Estate in Vietnam constant change and tend to rise. Property investment at less risk, we still get the property when no money.
Third, Saving deposit is a safe investment and the most effective, low risk
Fourth, Stock constantly change. Investments in securities will be more risky, but it is the quickest way to get rich.
High risk high return
Fiveth, USD and Gold are liquity. Especially, USD always tend to increase. If I invest to this Porfolio, I give less risk, eassy to sell. |
