挑高的玉佛殿裡，瀰漫著香柏木的清香，裡頭供奉著由緬甸白玉雕成的臥佛，姿態華美雍容，象徵著佛陀的涅槃像。


殿堂上方供奉的佛牙舍利，是世界上僅存的三顆佛牙舍利之一，幾經波折，由星雲大師親迎，輾轉來到台灣，供信眾瞻仰禮拜，相當珍貴。



佛像兩旁的彩色玉雕，呈現著東方琉璃世界與西方極樂世界之樣貌。兩側牆面，則是由香柏木雕成的世界佛塔，展露了佛教塔林的藝術之美。



The elevated Jade Buddha Shrine is filled with the scent of Cedar Wood, and houses an image of the reclining Buddha,carved from Burmese white jade. The statue symbolizes the Buddha’s final passing into parinirvana.




The Buddha’s tooth relic is enshrined above the image. It is one of the three extant Buddha’s tooth relics and was brought over to Taiwan by Venerable Master Hsing Yun for enshrinement.On two sides of the Jade Buddha statue are magnificent jade relief carvings.




Arrayed along the walls to the left and right are wooden re-lief carvings of renowned Buddhist stupas from around the world.
